Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center
Overlooking the Duwamish River Valley and situated close to a significant archaeological site, the Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center is a modern reconstruction of the traditional cedar post-and-beam construction. The Longhouse provides visitors with the opportunity to learn about the Duwamish Tribe through public walking tours and exhibits with an emphasis on geology, archaeology, anthropology, religion, literature, and history.
